This policy explains how maltabluelagoon.com handles your information. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

Malta Blue Lagoon is an independent guide to Blue Lagoon boat trips. You can reach us through our contact form.

Analytics

We use Fathom Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics service, to understand roughly how many people visit and which pages are useful. Fathom does not use cookies and does not collect personal data or build visitor profiles, so no consent banner is required. We see aggregate trends, never individual identities.

Contact form

Our contact form is provided by Tally. When you submit it, the information you enter is processed by Tally and sent to us so we can reply. We use it only to respond to your message. Blocking the form's script does not affect the rest of the site.

Booking links and widgets

When you use a booking link or availability widget, you are handed off to GetYourGuide, our affiliate partner, which operates under its own privacy policy. The widget loads content from GetYourGuide so you can check live availability. Blocking it does not break the site: a direct booking link is always provided as a fallback.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may process standard server logs such as IP addresses for security and performance. These are not used by us to identify you.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar laws, you have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to request its correction or deletion, and to object to processing. Because we run cookieless analytics and only hold what you send us via the contact form, there is usually very little to act on, but we will always respond. Contact us through the form for any privacy request.
